Can we ask you a question? A real question. How are you doing, for real? How is your marriage doing? How are your friendships? Life gets busy and our culture continues to pressure us to do more and go farther, faster, but what is it really for? Is it really for God? Today, Latasha reminds us that God has not asked us to sacrifice our family or our health.
The public success and the private failures end here because we are getting transparent and sharing our stories with the prayer that they will help you. God wants to lead and enrich every area of your life. It’s time to assess what has been driving us, our work ethic, and how it’s been impacting our leadership. Once you do, know that Holy Spirit will lead you in your next steps because what He reveals may surprise you.
I had to learn when it was time to rest and when it was time to war. You know, the Word says that the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds (2 Corinthians 10: 14), and it’s time to learn what that really means. Holy Spirit will help you discern the difference, but ultimately our work is meant to support and strengthen our families.
