Shame is paralyzing. Thankfully, God has given us the strength to reframe shame, and that is exactly what Irene Rollins is teaching us to do. Irene Rollins, the author of Reframe Your Shame: Experience Freedom From What Holds You Back is with us today, and it was one of the most anointed shows I’ve ever had the privilege to host.

Today, I am celebrating episode 50 with a few giveaways of Reframe Your Shame, and all you have to do is leave a review with your Instagram handle so that you can be entered in to the giveaway to win. I hope you’ll choose to share what blessed you. As you’ll hear, I was incredibly tearful throughout the episode because this is something only God could have done.

Regardless of what shame is attempting to hold you back from, remember, Revelation 12:11 NKJV, “And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.”

Irene came with a word, and I still tear up listening to her:

Listen in to some of the things we talked about:

  • What medal did Irene win in her European boarding school?
  • How does learning to detach influence the decisions we make over the years?
  • What are your first steps to overpowering shame?
  • If you’re not working on your recovery, what are you doing?
  • What is possible for recovery in Jesus Christ?

Enough said. Press play.
