Marriage is ministry, but has anyone ever noticed how many issues you have when you and your husband make up your mind to start leading together? Warfare is real, ya’ll, which is why I was so grateful when I stumbled across Courtnaye’s YouTube Video with her husband.

We are so much more confident when we do the work behind the scenes so I’m grateful Courtnaye and Calvin blessed us with their wisdom and insight. Today, they’re helping us to choose to lead with integrity all over again.

Meet The Richards

Calvin and Courtnaye Richard have been married for 19 years and have three beautiful children that are 23, 18, and 15 years of age. They are both licensed ministers of the gospel and leaders in their church and community. Calvin is the CEO of Lionheart Peak Performance Coaching that is designed to mentor kingdom business men and leaders, and he is the founder of Verus Fit Transformation Lab which focuses on team personal training. 

Courtnaye is the founder of Inside Out with Courtnaye, a ministry that helps women grow in their walk with Christ and the CEO of Inside Out Media Group. She has worked with platforms such as PBS, CBN, TCT, and Yahoo. Courtnaye is also a blogger, author, contributing writer for YouVersion, and sought-after speaker. Her speaking appearances include She Speaks, Hope*Writers, FlourishWriters, and Entrusted Women’s Conference, just to name a few.

Meet Your Hosts

Frantavious and Liv have been married for seven years. There is nothing Liv loves to talk about more than the Word of God. She is a Bible teacher, author, and the podcast host of The Best Kept Secret with Liv Dooley. As a non commissioned officer in the United States Air Force, Frantavious is a true leader who enjoys empowering others through partnership and conversation. He has written articles for Combat Edge, a publication the United States Air Force prints biannually. Frantavious has a strong desire to see marriage thrive according to God’s word, and he’s looking forward to retirement so that he can spend more time on the passions the Lord has given him.
